PreParamsMenu's / (slash) method requires a String instead of a LocPath

This prevents the usage of the * LocPath at top level. For example:
Menu.params[(String,String)]("foo", "bar", parse _, encode _) / * / "foo" / *

does not compile, while
Menu.params[(String,String)]("foo", "bar", parse _, encode _) / "x" / * / "foo" / *

works
