SPAM after the fresh installation

Summarized: There is a tried new registration of Bots. This takes place with a new installation from ImpressCMS 1.2 with active profile module and switched on Captcha. However offered its account could not to activate, but the Admin gets nevertheless a activations-email.

Maybe a problem from the register.php ?
