Outline and folding and scanning still going haywire
There are still big problems with scanning, even on 3.3. It doesn't seem to be in erlide_scanner2, but in the reconciler.
We should devise a way to make sure the reconciler works properly in both 3.3 and 3.4.

I found it!
It's the builder (of course =) ) that in rare cases disposes the scanner. When using ref-count on scanner disposal, I simply can't make it loose sync. Phew!!!
(This problem was introduced when we fixed memory leaks, but at that time we had other problems with the reconciler.)
There still might be issues with "revert" and "check out" and such commands.
