debugger: breakpoints can get out of sync
It has been observed that the debugger might start to ignore breakpoints, but when deleting and recreating the breakpoint in question, it starts working as it should.
This probably means that "old" breakpoints might not get noticed (either the module is not being getting interpreted or the breakpoint is invalid).
This needs some investigation first.
