coordinates of waypoints shifted when downloaded

new version of DNRGPS installed on Windows 7 lenovo. Coordinates change from what is on GPS to downloaded points. Not sure why. This does not happen when using older version on XP computer, and did not happen until recently on this computer. Attached are the two downloaded files of waypoints - one was done using older computer/version, and is correct; other is file from downloaded messed up points on this computer. Not sure why waypoints are changing. Perhaps they are wrongly being reprojected. Is there some setting that needs to be changed in DNR Garmin? It appears that both DNR Garmin and Garmin60Cx are set at NAD27 utm, zone 11 (code 26711).
