refactor akka.stm.Transaction such that persistent datastructures are committed inside a 2pc rather than post-commit

Will base off changes on ticket-538 branch

In multiverse 0.7, it will be illegal to access Transactional data structures in a post-commit handler.

There is currently a race that can occur between the commit and post-commit executing that can cause data loss in the persistent data structures
