Rewrite Typed Actor dispatching for performance improvement

Do not use the regular Actor dispatching (which is dynamically typed in PF) but use AspectWerkz continuation all the way for full speed.

I assume this means that the continuation should be sent to the Dispatcher and the dispatcher then just executes the continuations?
