AMQP: Document mapping to AMQP protocol
For a higher-level abstraction such as the RPC feature, it would be nice if there were docs on how it corresponds to AMQP and what the semantics are.
For example, does it load balance across recipients? What queue names are created? What kind of exchange is used?
