Licence Explained
You can use Tomahawk XNA Game Engine to create games, or tools, either opensource, free or commercial.
If you distribute the derivative work in a source code format, you should include the above license somewhere within the distribution file, if you distribute only binaries (a compiled game, for instance) you don't need to include the licence, si mply stating somewhere in your game that you are using the engine will do.
If you want to mention you're using the engine in whatever marketing material you are using (videos, website, etc) you need to ask us for permission first.
