Implementation of the BEST grant for biodiesel processing moisture control. The goal of the system is to deliver a hardware and software solution to measure the moisture of seed being fed into presses and add water in realtime for the desired moisture content of 12%. The software will have a real-time display of values read from the microwave sensor via an undetermined interface and will add water to the seed flow using a Phidget. The software will also stream sensor data to a web service that will in turn be consumed by a web page with a real-time display of sensor values.
