Creating a Framework

The main goal for this guide is to create a framework for new developer to continue the development of OpenRPG. The guide will show all of the known resources and how a new developer gain the permissions they need to become a new developer. The guide will also work as a quick reference for new developers who would like to continue updating OpenRPG

Mercurial

Getting to know mercurial. Mercurial is not the most user friendly software I have worked with, but it is the current trac system and I think it would be best if it stayed that way. I am just jotting down pointers. This will be my torch to pass on to the next DEV Be sure to name the branch correctly. (ugh!!)

Forks

As the current development lead, I welcome users to clone the current trac and fork the software.
