Project Description
The system required by the client is a vehicle dispatch system. More specifically, it allows the client to improve its bus chartering services through better integration of IT systems. The company operates its bus chartering services in Singapore and Malaysia. In the past, it relied on various IT systems in its different departments to handle its daily operations. However, this resulted in inconsistent data as well as repeat entries, which often led to incorrect information being captured. In order to provide to improve its processes and provide better services to customers, the company has decided to engage our help in order to build an integrated system to facilitate the dispatching of drivers and buses according to customers' requirements. The preliminary specifications, project details, refined specifications and use-case diagrams are uploaded into the files section.
