Revive the culture of mass-tinkering (i.e billions of mash ups, not thousands) seen most prominently in the early days of the Web?
Allow people who don't know Javascript to integrate advanced visualizations, rich interactions, and/or Ajax-based information retrieval and fusion into their projects?
Quickly and simply reuse pre-built components rather than reinventing the wheel?
Do all of the above using plain HTML and Javascript without being tied to a single UI,Ajax, or backend framework?
