Receive Payment

Assembla automates the payment process between employers (Buyers) and contractors (Providers).
When you begin a register with Assembla, a financial account is created for you on the Money tab.

As you turn in Statements, your Buyer pays into that account. You can withdraw funds from that account at any time. Just click on ‘Withdraw Funds’.

There are a number of ways to withdraw funds:

PayPal
To withdraw funds to your PayPal account, click on that link and enter the amount and your PayPal account email address. Note that PayPal charges 2.9% transaction fee which will be deducted from your funds.
Direct Deposit To withdraw funds by direct deposit to a US bank using the ACH clearing house, click on that link and enter all the pertinent information. There is no fee for this service. Please consult your bank to see if they are able to accept an ACH payment.
Check  To withdraw your funds with a mailed check, click on that link and enter all the pertinent information. There is a $15 fee for this service. Please check with your bank and local government offices to see if you are liable for any other fees on such a transaction.
Wire Transfer To withdraw funds by a bank wire to your bank, click on that link and enter all the pertinent information. There is a $15 fee for this service to US banks and a $30 fee to non-US banks, in addition to any fees that your bank may charge you. Please consult your bank for more information on wire transfers.
