HR Notes

If you are going to be out of the office or otherwise unavailable, let your Buyer know. Each Job Agreement has a 'Converation' panel that allows you to make a private note that can only be accessed by the Buyer's team members.

To make a private note:

  1. Navigate to your Jobs tab.
  2. Open your active Job Agreement.
  3. In the Conversation panel, click 'Add a Message'.
  4. Leave a short, professional note about your HR issue.

Depending on your Buyer's practices, they may also want you to post a message to the flow to let other team members know. Ask your Buyer what their company policy is regarding HR notes.
