Find and Respond to Job Listings

 

There are many ways to search for jobs listed on assembla.com.

When you have found a job you wish to apply for, click on the 'Apply To This Job' button on the page for the job.

To respond as the principal:

  1. Enter a Response (Explain your interest in the job or why you are the ideal candidate.)
  2. List your hourly rate in US dollars.
  3. Enter the number of hours per week you are available.
  4. Check the box “Notify me by email if I get a message from this recruiter” so that you will be emailed a message telling you that you have been engaged in conversation (Assembla’s private messaging).
  5. Click Submit.

To respond on behalf of another party:

  1. Enter all response information as above.
  2. Use the Assembla login name of the worker who will perform the work.  If you do not know the name, use the lookup button to see a list of all Assembla providers with public profiles.
  3. Click Submit.
