Accept an Offer
When Provider and Buyer have come to an agreement on rates and terms of payment, the Buyer will finalize and submit a Job Agreement. You will receive an email with a link to the Job Agreement, or you can view all your Job Agreements on the Jobs tab.
To edit the Job Agreement:
- Click the 'Edit Agreement' button.
- Click the checkbox for each section on the agreement.
For each section that needs rework, change the text. - When you are ready to submit, click 'Submit Edits to Buyer'.
For each edit that either party makes, the other party must either re-edit or agree. Once both parties have confirmed that they are satisfied with the complete agreement, the job agreement moves from Negotiation status to Ready to Commit status.
In the Manager subscription, the Buyer commits to the job. Tasks and time can now be allocated to the Job Agreement and Statements can be submitted for payment.
