Privacy of User Information
User Information
We do not share user information with any other company. You control who can see your user information. On your user profile edit page, you can set the sharing for each field:
- If you select Nobody, then only you will be able to see this piece of information.
- If you select Teammates, then team members of spaces that you select wil be able to see the information.
- If you select Public, then every user will be able to see the information.
Your login name is always publicly visible when it appears in a team list.
Users do not appear in searches automatically.
- If you want to appear in a Talent search, go to your user/skills page and select the checkbox at the top. If you select this checkbox, your profile will appear in talent searchers. If you do not select this checkbox, your skill profile will only be available to the owner of spaces where you apply for a job.
- If you want a user profile to appear in space searches, create a personal space. You can set the Public permission for this space so that other users can search it and view it.
Workspace Information
You control the visibility of workspace information through the settings on the Admin tab of the space. Select the Security subtab. If you set Non-member access to None, it will not be visible to any user who is not a team member. If you set Non-member access to View or Edit, the space will be visible to any user. It will show up in public searchers, tag pages, and it may appear on the portal page.
