Working with Assembla
In order to find the best people, we give paid trial tasks to developers who look qualified based on their resumes. We work with them on one of our current jobs. Trials are one to three weeks long. You can work on a paid trial part-time, while you are working with your existing job.
For qualified developers, we can start a paid trial immediately on any of these jobs.
The developers who succeed in this process are usually people with a lot of natural talent, frequent communications, and an ability to work independently, demonstrated by a past experience designing complete products or applications by themselves. To succeed, developers must have experience working in a distributed team, and some knowledge of agile development processes.
In all cases, you will need to submit:
- An individual resume.
- A date of availability and available hours per week.
- An hourly or weekly rate.
If you are an offshore company proposing a development team, we can consider your offer in some cases. However, we need to qualify every individual, and you will need to propose a technical lead with an individual resume. We do not consider your company experience or read corporate background sheets, because we believe that the talent of the individuals on our team is the most important factor in our success. Thank you for providing appropriate information.
