Please Take Note!

Attendance. Please search for HR during every major meeting to get your attendance marked.
Always approach HR if you are unable to make it during the last minute.
Telling Rui, Don or Z-Way is nice but they do not do the attendance or rehearsal schedules so might leave chance for miscom.
Litter Bugs. We need to ensure that the space is cleared up every time after use to avoid the wrath of Margaret.
No Bump In. We will have to make do with the limited timing we have to get the set up and ready, plus the seating arrangements.

Stage Discipline

Punctuality. Please come on time for rehearsals and please try to adhere to call times. It'll help us greatly if everyone in a scene is actually in the scene when rehearsals start. Also, please let us know your whereabouts if you have to leave the space so we can keep track of the cast and crew.
Discipline. When other groups are having rehearsals, please stay quiet and observe so you'll know what's going on and won't disrupt the rehearsal.
Attire. If you know you're going to be involved in a scene where you'll have to crawl, crouch, kneel, etc, kindly do not dress in attire that will display your assets to everyone. This goes for guys too. Loose clothing like track pants and t-shirts is fine.
Lines. Please memorise your lines beforehand when coming for rehearsals. Though it may not seem that way, it's very disruptive to the rehearsals when actors have to break out of character to say "line".
Blocking. Remember your blockings too!
