Assembla - Jobs: Recruiting and ContractingPublic Space

This is the space for the recruiting and contracting feature of Assembla.

Recruiting and contracting features are developed to facilitate all that means recruiting relations between providers(developers) and buyers. It is designed to give equal possibilities to both providers and buyers to find the right person in developing or managing a project as well as a terms based contracting system that we believe is easy to follow and understand.

So how it actually works?

Buyer side

If you want to hire somebody for a piece of work all you have to do is follow several steps.

1. Register to assembla
2. Setup a space for recruiting, that will include a tool that will allow you to post job announcements, respond to providers applications by adding comments, accepting or rejecting the candidate, set up an agreement in case that candidate fits your requirements. Also there is a integrated alert system that will notify you by email about people that applied to the job or changes happening to the agreement.
3. Next step after setting up the recruiting space is posting the actual job position

Provider side

1. Go to www.assembla.com/search/jobs
2. Look for the job position you might be interested into and apply for it, that will notify the job poster and that is where everything starts.
