Address Disputes
There are links on the Time and Money pages which allow you to dispute a payment or billing issue. Follow the instructions if any become necessary.
Assembla’s Master Services Agreement guarantees that you will be paid for work completed. You do not need to worry should the client does not pay Assembla; that becomes an issue between us and the client and you will not be held hostage to the negotiation.
