Specializing in computational analysis and simulation. I have a doctorate in biochemistry and master’s in physics, specializing in extracting patterns from complex data sets and isolating nonlinear aspects of difficult problems. Currently I use Principal Component Analysis to understand the collective motions and thermodynamic properties of large bio-molecules. I work primarily in languages geared toward scientific computing: C++/Fortran/Python/Mathematica.
