Action's Notes containing URLs breaks - onenote:// fails, works in 1.6

    Unfortunately it does not allow url which have the onenote:// protocol such as:

    test3 "(classname)OneNotePage(title This mouseover)":onenote:///\\server\OneNotes\Personal\BM%20Shopping.one#section-id={119CE682-89CB-4EF0-B061-ADD68E4B2753}&end;

    server: 1.7 tracks Jumpbox
    client: firefox 3.0.10.0 - Above URL works in 1.6 (as long as space is converted to %20), but in 1.7 the url is not clickable

    Status changed from New to Fixed
    (In revision:bf6b873d7c6d22587698f741fdc9080948161c2e) allows onenote urls as links in notes field. Fixes #901. One can add other protocols that are filtered too
