Milestone aims to produce CLIM, INITIAL, and BRY files as an "all in one" toolkit. It should be possible to just define the time period one wants this set of files for and the toolkit handles the rest with the given input grid file.
Required work to do includes:
– Fix the automatic generation of BRY, INIT, and CLIM files
– Fix the zlib compression routine used in IOwrite + IOBry. Should we use least significant integer?

Version 3 should be able to handle a set of input grid structures such as SODA, ROMS, and HYCOM. This would enable this toolkit to be a general program for producing important startup files necessary to run ROMS, but without the hassle of creating new scripts each time a new type of climatology or boundary files are being used.
