Congratulations on winning our company's tender to develop an Automated Courier System. We are a global courier company that delivers to all corners of the world.

All parcels sent in by Customers will be checked in by our Customer Service Agents. Customers will have to specify the Mode of Delivery, Destination Address and the Recipient's contact number. On top of that, Customers will be able to opt to purchase insurance for the parcel.

Interfacing with the new System, the Customer Service Agents will be able to charge the customers accordingly. The System should also capture the specific destination's cost involved and an estimated number of days required to complete deliver.

Upon checking in the parcel, Logistic users will have to meticulously update the parcel's exact location. (i.e. warehouse location, flight number, etc). Deliveryman will also have to indicate that the parcel has successfully reached the recipient.

Customers will be able to check the status of the parcel based on the ID printed on their receipt.

The system should also be managed by an Administrator to add new users in the system as well as managing the databases involved.
