Copy time zone preference from breakout and display local time to user

    We can store user time zone in rcb db or a cookie with .assembla.com domain and we can used it to display datetimes.

      Vitalie, it uses breakout db (readonly). And can look into breakout.users table directly. Why do we need to store this in rcb?
