  Updater system

• This will take the good ideas from the 1.7.1 updater (Asking you before updating and showing you release notes) and from the 1.7.7 updater (Mercurial integration for quick no hassle release management). The system will also come with an upgrade script so you can upgrade from 1.7.1 or 1.7.7.
