But I just discovered minimap today, and I'm new to geotagging so I may be doing something wrong. platform: minimap 0.3.12 on Gentoo Linux, Firefox 3.0.11 Starting point: http://pix.edsantiago.com/Travel/SouthBend/June2009/Lake_Michigan/ In that page I've attempted to include what I think are the correct geo meta tags. Your geoDiscovery bar (bottom right) seems to pick them up: it highlights, and when I click on it I see 'geoURL: xxxxx,yyyyy'. Selecting that brings up a black box saying 'Multiple location matches found:' and a list of selectable entries: State Park Rd, Bridgman, MI 49106, USA; Bridgman, MI 49106, USA; Lake, Michigan, USA; Berrien Michigan, USA; Michigan, USA; United States. None of those match my given coordinates. What I expect: if I give a precise latitude/longitude, I would expect the plugin to pop up a map with that position highlighted. Is my expectation incorrect? Or, have I done something wrong in my meta tags or my minimap installation? (I have not changed any customization). Thanks in advance for your reply.
