I noticed in my application (innovationgames.com) that login/logout were behaving strangely. I would login and sometimes it would not proceed to the post-login page. Also, I would logout and it would not proceed to the post-logout page.

I decided to try this out on one of the lift examples (HelloLift) and sure enough the (bad) behavior reproduces.

As this is affecting my production site, I need to get a fix ASAP.
