Deprecate createRecord and createRecordFromJSON preferring new MyRecord
Currently you can create a record instance in two ways -- MyRecordMeta.createRecord or new MyRecord. Prior to the fix for #354, doing the latter resulted in a not-entirely-initialized Record instance.
It's not good to have two ways to create a record, since problems like this one where the paths differ in the results, so the plan is to deprecate the two methods on MetaRecord and then eventually remove them.
Calls to MyRecordMeta.createRecord should be replaced with new MyRecord.
Calls to MyRecordMeta.createRecordFromJSON should be replaced with new MyRecord().fromJSON
