Update lift-couchdb to use dispatch 0.7.1 once released
The version of databinder-http that lift-couchdb uses (0.6.3) is no longer up on public repos for Scala 2.8.0.Beta1. I believe this means that this module cannot be compiled in the 280_port_refresh branch (or, at least I can't on my machine)
0.7.0 is the current version of databinder-http, but it has a problem with its POM that prevents it from being used. n8han knows of the issue and said it would be fixed in a few days.

The problem with 0.7.0 pom is only with the one deployed on scala-tools.org. The one on databinder.net shouldn't be affected.
So how about using databinder.net repo for 0.7.0 in the interim period? That's probably be better than broken 280_port_refresh branch :)

Is is possible to consider databinder 0.6.6 meanwhile? lift-couchdb is broken on scala 2.8 branch in the current form.
