hydrogen 0.9.5 doesn't install with scons 2.1.0

After upgrading scons to 2.1.0, (at least I think that's the reason), hydrogen installation fails with

Install directory: "data/img" as "/var/tmp/paludis/build/media-sound-hydrogen-0.9.5/image/usr/share/hydrogen/data/img"

scons: *** [/var/tmp/paludis/build/media-sound-hydrogen-0.9.5/image/usr/share/hydrogen/data/img/gray] /var/tmp/paludis/build/media-sound-hydrogen-0.9.5/image/usr/share/hydrogen/data/img/gray: File exists

scons: building terminated because of errors.


I solved this by applying the attached patch.

Hi!

Can someone else reproduce this bug with scons 2.1.0 ? Or is it more a permission problem or sth. like that?

Closed (were using now cmake iso. scons) and not enough input to solve this bug!
