Game features need to be complete.
This does not mean that the WinForms renderer needs to be complete, just that the game (HamQuestEngine project) needs to have all of the features complete.
The winforms renderer will likely have features "roughed in", but completing the renderer is a separate milestone.

WinForms renderer needs to be complete, plus documentation.

Create a renderer to use XNA, patterend after the WinForms renderer.

Create a silverlight renderer, patterned after Winforms renderer.

Put your to-do's and feature requests here. Pull them into the current milestone when you are ready to work on them.
