Issue \| severity	The work efficiency：maybe our work efficiency is not high	2
Description	We spent a lot of time to hold meetings to discuss,but not every meeting is effective.
Example	We often hold meeting but have not start programming work.
Solution(s)	1. Every time before the meeting except to discuss the issues, both sides should also have their own solutions. 2. The new problems in the meeting, if cannot solve, for the next meeting to discuss,so we have more time to think about the problem. 3. Maybe we should start programming

Issue \| severity	Language barrier: do we understand the same things?	1
Description	We usually misunderstood each other and spent too much time clarifying them.
Example	We have ever mistood each other's ideas about the agile process and project focuses.
Solution(s)	1We could record all the important issues we have come across and write down the details of them to make them clarified. After we wrote them down, we could ask ourselves whether we understand them and whether we have doubts about them. 2 If one side puts forward some new ideas, they could make some examples to illustrate it, which will more clear than just saying some abstract conception.

Issue \| severity	Same goals/ same process: Do we have the same focus? Different demands from two groups in the project	2
Description	What our two supervisors focus on are different,and what we should hand in are different.
Example	Danish team focuses on the process which should be an agile one and the challenges and solutions that this process implies. Chinese team focuses on the final usable product and documentation. We think Danish team not only needs the demo and relative documents but also pays more attention to the agile process and the three iterationins.However,our supervisor only pay attention to documents and the final demo.
Solution(s)	1. We have different focuses, but not conflict with each other. Our focuses are all needed to ensure the success of this project, and we can help each other achieve respective goals. 2.We should focus on the documents and the demo first that's the most important to both sides. 3. We chinese should try our best to meet your demands as many as possible.

Issue \| severity	Difficult to meet: time difference	3
Description	Due to we live in diffierent time zone,we definitely have this problem. There is about 7 hours' time difference between Copenhagen and Beijing.
Example	We usually get up at 8:00 GMT+8, however, Danish time maybe still late in the night.
Solution(s)	1. Make common schedule which shows each team member has time. We may have meetings more regularly.

Issue \| severity	We miss having an agenda before the meeting	5
Description	Sometimes we miss planning an agenda for our meeting.
Example	Not for all of the meetings, we prepared agendas.
Solution(s)	1. We could try to have an agenda for each meeting and this may help us solve a lot of problems.

Issue \| severity	Updating minutes	6
Description	After the meeting, each side will put the summary of meeting to assembla.
Example	We (Chinese team) forgot to update the minutes for nearly three meetings.
Solution(s)	1. Each team may assign a teammember to write and update the minutes. Inside a team, if the person who is responsible for this forgets to update, the leader of the team needs to remind the person. Outside the team, if a team forgets to update the minutes, the other team could remind the team by email.

Description	The time the meetings last too long sometimes.
Example	Sometimes a meeting will last about 4 hours.
Solution(s)	1.We could put the things to be discussed in the meeting on the Assembla and get the questions ready before the meetings. 2. We could try to set an agenda for each meeting and arrange the time range for each activity. 3. We could have meeting more regularly.

Issue \| severity	Misunderstanding of agile process	4
Description	As we chinese team are not familiar with agile process,some kinds of misunderstanding are unavoidable.
Example
Solution(s)	We think Danish team should give the agile process a explicit criterion,that's to say what you need in agile process,so we could try our best to meet your demands.

Issue \| severity	There seems no part of transforming raw data, which is collected by blip node, to the points in our design of system.	New 1
Description	In our former design, we only designed the part of collecting the data via blip nodes, but we don't have the design of transforming the raw data to the points, such as parsing the data from REST pages and storing the data into the databases, a mechanism to know whether the players are walking down and up the stairs or taking the elevators according to the data.
Example
Solution(s)	We need to communicate on this problem and try to devise our division of labor and development process according to the specific solution to the problem.
