    The menu area for dynamic actions should be implemented as described in #91

    So far the basic functionality works. The only major challenge left is to make a good algorithm to display all actions and connections in an optimal way.

    (In revision:584) re #90. Fixed the problem with lacking color on wizard menu frames. It was an OnLoad script that got overwritten.

    Fixed the issue with layer frames. It translated to a general layering problem in GHM.
