The project name is the acronym for the pt-BR translation of "Attendance Monitoring and Queue Management System" (Sistema de Gerenciamento de Filas e Monitoração de Atendimento).
The main goal of the system consists on manage the queue of customers on some retailer or technical support companies, with some established rules, and monitoring the attendants productivity.
