Problematic downloads using Chrome on Windows7-before-SP1

    As discovered and reported by Xander Jansen:

    Downloads using Chrome on Win7 without SP1 or the relevant hotfix are seemingly OK (no error message) but are incomplete (way too small). Applying a MS Hotfix or updating to Win7 SP1 appears to fix the problem.

    Even then there is the issue that Win7 still seems to be silent about filled disks :(

    Another strange thing is that the Win7 Resource Monitor seems to have a problem measuring the network load when uploading with Chrome. It reports something like 500Kbps when the actual
    upload performance was more like 30 Mbps or more.

    This is NOT a bug in FileSender hence not something we can fix but it is an issue that will affect the FileSender user experience and therefore is documented here.
