I felt the need to have the possibility to force a user to accept an AuP. From a user's perspective the nicest is to do that once and never again. Easiest to implement at this point in time is to force a user to accept the AuP every time.

What we'll implement for Beta-1.10 is:

underneath the 'file' button a checkbox with label
"I accept the terms and conditions of this service", the checkbox next to it,
and listbox with text of AuP next to that. 4/5 lines high.

A big 'Send' button underneath that. Send button as big as 'Message' box is
at the moment.


Make it mandatory to tick the box before you can upload. Check both
client side and server side.

Further discussion with Guido later today lead to the belief that this feature should be configurable. As in:
-a configurable switch 'AuP' = true/false

combined with

-a configurable swith 'AuP_Default_Set'=true/false
