Email address with 1 character refused with "Please select file to upload" error

    When using an email address as "x@uninett.no" the Flash UI app comes up with an error like "please select a file for upload". This bug has two issues associated with it:

    1. An email address with 1 character before the @ is a perfectly valid address that is in use with many a system administrator (exactly the type of people I talk with to get them to introduce our service in their institution ;)

    2. The error is totally wrong!

    I know that there are issues with email address handling but at least the error should be appropriate ;)
