tango-9999 build, new bob command line arguments

    tango-9999 does not compile anymore because
    1. the command line input behavior changed from "-rldc" to "-r=ldc".
    2. the additional parameter "-p=linux" is needed.

    new build command for ldc in "tango-9999.ebuild":
    ../$BOB -vu -p=linux -r=ldc -c=ldc -l=libtango-ldc ..
    for dmd the same( if the additional parameter is needed for dmd, I dont know)

    tested with ldc-9999

    Status changed from New to Fixed
    Should be fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience, I introduced this bug when fixing the Tango ebuild.
