You have come here because you have nowhere else to go. 
You have already tried the FAQ, the Install gave you no clues, and the irc-channel #confusa@freenode was void of all people.

No what? Well, as you might fear, the answer to that is "that depends".

• Are you having trouble installing Confusa and Install contains no pointers?
• Is the configuration-process throwing up strange issues?
• Do your users experience strange errors that you cannot explain?

Try to write down as much relevant information as possible and send request to confusa-dev@confusa.org. Information we like:

• Relevant log entries
• Version (see VERSION, or about_confusa.php)
• Problem description
• Where you've looked without finding a clue (so we can improve the help-section)
