Trouble reporting

The portals are operated by Tilburg University on behalf of SURFnet.  Please use the following email addresses to report problems with the portals.  These email addresses expand to all UNIX administrators at Tilburg University and tie in with their regular trouble handling procedures.

General discussion, questions, feature requests etc. regarding portal functionality can be asked on the general tcs-portal mailinglist:

Please ask to be subscribed to this list if you work for one of the participating NRENs and are involved in the (operational) portal work.

Official decisions

The TCS Portal Project has a review board consisting of 1 officially appointed representative of each participating NREN.  The review board is responsible for taking official decisions regarding the project.  Mostly these will be decisions having to do with money.  The TCS Review Board uses a closed mailinglist:

Policy

The TCS Portal Project builds on the TCS CAs, and not all NRENs using the TCS Personal CAs are part of the TCS Portal project.  Therefor it is best to ask questions about policy on the general TCS discussion list.  If needed they will be redirected to the TCS Policy Management Authority.
