Append the "note" element into the diagram

    Append the "note" element into the diagram to make possible create some comments into special spaces into the diagram.
    The note should point to some element ( message or actor ) into some space ( between two messages ) and must be possible to create it from any factory

    (In revision:177) Element note into the diagram can now be seen into the Three Little Pigs Diagrams. see #19 The Full text is into the title tag attribute. The code to diagram class it is able to append new notes into the diagram generated by code execution by the method addNote, as can be seen into the History.class.php
