Assembla allows an employer to automate certain HR and Payroll functions to reduce project overhead. Employers may invite a new hire to a space to actually do the work and then use the Staffing features of Assembla to pay for the work.

Assembla is not just a staffing and placement service but a community of developers and designers. There is no fee for signing up and there are no fees to get hired.
