Subscription Payment Terms

1. Assembla offers a free 30 day trial of a paid subscription. You will be charged 30 days after starting your trial. You will not be billed if you cancel before this first charge. After the free trial, you will be billed on your anniversary date each month, if you select a monthly subscription, and each year, if you select an annual subscription.

2. All subscription fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes arising from Assembla's net income.

3. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, your credit card that you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle. For upgrades, a pro-rated fee for the current billing cycle may be immediately charged.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund. Assembla will refund any charges made in the 30 days prior to your refund request, and cancel your subscription. You can request a refund by emailing support@assembla.com with the login name of the subscriber, the date of the charge, and the amount.  To request a refund of a credit card charge, please provide the full name on the credit card, type of card, and the last 4 digits of the credit card.  Users may also request a refund via Paypal or a check. It can take 1 to 5 days to review the request, after which we will send you a confirmation email.
