Yes, follow this steps:

1. Go to the "Authorizing applications & sites" page of your Google Account Settings: https://www.google.com/accounts/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens?hl=en&service=mail
2. Revoke Access to www.assembla.com
3. Sign Out from your Google Account
4. Go to or refresh Assembla's Files Tool page
