Setup newrelic on localhost
1. create newrelic lite account (free)
2. download newrelic.yml from your Account Settings
3. place newrelic.yml in breakout_dir/config/newrelic.yml
4. update app_name: myassembla; developer_mode: true
5. restart server
6. browse through assembla, then access myassembla.com/newrelic for nice info. Profiling also available.
