Assembla Development

Some key steps (will be detailed later as needed):

1. install java (openjdk-6-jdk)
2. install mvn: sudo apt-get install maven2
3. clone the breakout-gerrit repo ( from space https://www.assembla.com/spaces/breakout-gerrit )
4. run mvn clean package. Follow Building Gerrit from Source instructions at http://gerrit.googlecode.com/svn/documentation/2.0/install.html
