Pre-Game Events
"Tarus was a peaceful island. The villages lived in harmony and little to no conflict was on Tarus. Tarus had a port which merchants came and sold supplies to Tarus, as well as buying supplies to sell somewhere else.
But one day came a dark coated tall man with one of the ships. Everyone noticed a dark, cold taint around him and everyone tried to avoid him. He had a black armor and had a coat around it, making the shadow cover his face, if there was any.
The man walk right pass everyone and headed towards the castle. Having no conflict for decades, Tarus' castle wall gate hadn't been closed for years and people wondered if it was able to be locked, but no one bothered to try. But as the dark man walked towards the gates a patrol of guards noticed him and walked towards him, to ask what his buisness was. As they got close, their breath started freezing and soon they started choking 'til they died; a guard saw this from the walls and rang the alarm bell.
The wall guard grouped up and then attacked the dark man. With only a short distance between the guards and the man, the man took forth a large sword and ripped his coat off.
There stood he; tall as two men, his armor dark as the depths of the dead. As the guards charged you could see fear in their eyes, but no one dared back down. The dark man killed the guards easily and fast, showing no signs of exhaustion afterwards and then he continued walking towards the castle.
When at the castle doors, the dark man tore them apart in a split second. Behind the doors were the remaining guards, which he soon defeated. Then when he approached the king he said "One man conquerored an island. This man shall bestow agony and pain onto the island and the King shall be remembered for his failure." and then he decapitated the King.
Afterwards the dark man walked up to the tallest tower and shouted so that all of Tarus heard, "Today your king failed with his army against one man; this man shall be called the Dark Lord and Tarus shall live in agony and pain!" and with his voice shaked the island and all sorts of creatures were summoned; these were the minions of the Dark Lord and they were sent to torture and enslave the populace of the island.
